"If I could give a zero I would. This is the worst agent ever. Poor customer service. They do not communicate with you at all. Mina Chae is not knowledgeable at all. Mina has no idea as to what she is doing. Quentin has moved to another location on Buford Hwy, same agent, but he was no better. Amy Park sits back and don't seem to care how they operate as long as she gets her money."

"My wife and I have held homeowners insurance policies with Ms. Park at State Farm Insurance for several years, beginning with a property owned in Midtown Atlanta. Last year, we transferred our auto Insurance policies to State Farm with her as our agent after receiving very reasonable quotes. Recently, in January of 2024 we did the same with our local residential Homeowners Insurance. All of the associates in Ms. Park's office are cordial and completely professional. Notably, we have especially enjoyed the experience of working with Lily Yang, who is highly proficient in her work and follow through. It's refreshing and rare these days to work with associates who proactively do what they say they will do and follow up with you in a timely manner. Special thanks to Lily and to Ms. Park. "도로에 찢어진 타이어 조각이 날라와서 헤드라이트를 파손 시켰어요. 앱을 통해 보험청구를 했는데 평가 금액이 실제 비용과 차이가 났어요. 그래서 정비업체에서 Invoice를 발급받아 이메일로 보냈더니 차액만큼 보험금을 돌려주었어요."
